InnoNaturals Awakening Eye Cream is specially formulated to be perfect for all skin types! It’s safe to use around the eye area. This natural cream formula is rich yet fast-absorbing and never greasy, making it suitable for all skin types to use and love!
How long will this product last with daily use?
Depending on the amount and frequency of use, this eye cream could last you between 1-3 months.
Will this help with dark circles, puffiness, crow's feet, wrinkles, etc?
Absolutely! This Awakening Eye cream is formulated to target and help erase the look of fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, and under-eye darkness and puffiness.
When should I start using eye cream/ Is this for all ages?
It’s never too early to start using an eye cream! Every day we are exposed to environmental stressors from the sun, pollution, and blue light, which can work to prematurely age our skin. To protect your delicate eye area and help prevent early signs of aging, we recommended using the Awakening Eye Cream, as soon as possible to:
- brighten dark circles and reduce the look of puffiness
- help you look instantly refreshed
- target early signs of aging and provide defense against fine lines and wrinkles
- pamper and protect the delicate skin around your eye areas with antioxidants and nutrients
Do you have samples?
At this time, we do not offer samples of our products. However, if there is a product you would like to try, you can place an order online and if you are unhappy with your products we will refund the total within 60 days of purchase.
Where are your products manufactured / made?
All of our products are manufactured in the US. We work with a variety of manufacturers to ensure we're working with the best partner for each product.
Are your products organic or natural?
We use many organic or natural ingredients in our InnoNaturals skincare products, however, we do not advertise our products as 100% organic or natural. All products are free of parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance, and latex. We're also cruelty-free and do not test our products on animals. We're even vegan and avoid the use of animal-derived ingredients in our products!
Are your products non-comedogenic?
We do not advertise our products as non-comedogenic. However, all products are free of sulfates, parabens, and petroleum-based ingredients that might clog one's pores. We formulated all products with sensitive skin and eyes in mind and we're happy to say that we have many customers with sensitivities, such as acne, who love using our products and have no issues! We’d also like to mention that our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan - we never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in our products.
Do you use preservatives in your products?
Yes! We are committed to using preservatives that are safe and effective. We use natural alternatives whenever possible, but we also use traditional preservatives. Please note, we list the ingredients for each product on our website for your convenience.
Are the products available on your site also available in any retail locations?
At this time, the products sold on innonaturals.com are not available in any physical retail locations and instead sold exclusively on innonaturals.com
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, the products sold on our site are cruelty-free + vegan. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in our products. We'd love for you to join our mission to create great skincare products without harming animals!

Can I place a bulk order And/or sell the products on my own site?
At this time, we do not offer bulk order discounts or wholesale. We limit the maximum number of any item(s) ordered. Your purchase of products sold on Innonaturals.com is only for your personal use. By purchasing these products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use. Resale of our products is strictly prohibited.
Payment declined
If you are trying to place an order and find that your payment method is being declined, we recommend first reaching out to your banking institution to check if there are sufficient funds available as well as no holds on your account. If you've contacted your bank and they assure that there are no issues, we'd be happy for you to reach out to us to see if there is anything we can do on our end. Please contact us with a screenshot or a copy of the error message you are receiving as well as the type of payment method you are attempting to use.
When will I receive confirmation that my order has shipped?
With standard shipping, it will take 1-3 business days for our team to fulfill and ship your order. With priority shipping, your order will be fulfilled and shipped by our team within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your tracking information. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 48hrs for your tracking link to update once received.
Which payment options do you accept?

Why do you have my info when I have never ordered with you before?
Shopify Pay is a secure form of checkout similar to PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you have signed up for this feature on another website, you will be able to easily checkout on any website that uses Shopify. This means all of your default information on your Shopify Pay account will enter automatically into any Shopify system during checkout once you have entered your email address.

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. This leaves us little to no time to modify orders. But it doesn't hurt to try! We recommend contacting us via chat. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
We definitely want to make this right for you! In order to help you out and get you the correct product, we will need more information. Please contact us with your order number, the name of the product you received, and the name of the product you were supposed to receive.

How can I track my package?
Your order status page on your account allows you to verify which items were on your order as well as check the tracking information and sign up for any additional order updates. If you want to visit your order status page, please use the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order. It will allow you to track your package through our website. If you have trouble finding your order confirmation email in your inbox, we recommend searching your spam or junk folder and entering InnoNaturals into the search bar.
My order hasn't shipped yet. When will it ship?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Priority Shipping is typically 2-4 business days. Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Additionally, business days are considered Monday - Friday.
My order came and it was damaged. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are happy to replace it for you! Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can ensure you're able to enjoy your new product. If you're able to attach a photo of the damaged product, that can speed along the process.
